stumbled across this after reading something on School of Motion and I have to say its been super helpful and informative. I’ve always used Quicktime RGB+A if I needed an Alpha channel but no more. Thanks man, keep up the good work!

I’ve been trying to find another solution to the compression of reading EXR in After Effects while also using cryptomattes. Using DWA instead of ZIPS is so much better time saving. Thank you for posting this!

Really great article! I’ve always used Zip as well, but will definitely switch to DWAA moving forward.
