Similar to the Delvcam 7 inch monitor but in a compact unit ideal for videographers on the move, carrying all gear with them, the 5.5 inch DELV-HSW5-CC features HDMI/SDI cross conversion and waveform and vector scope displays.

Going small does not have to mean going for less, and that seems to be the concept behind the new monitor from Delvcam. Yes, you only get a 5.5 inch monitor, but that’s ideal to put atop a DSLR. Still, it offers everything you need from a production monitor.

“This 5.5-inch monitor is similar to our 7-inch version but in a compact unit that our customers have been asking for. It is also affordably priced with HDMI/SDI cross conversion and onscreen displays that eliminate the need and expense for adding extra equipment to your set up. It is an ideal reference monitor for all stages of video production,” commented Dan Coscarella, product manager at Delvcam.

Designed for camera operators, directors, and cinematographers, the monitor features a 16:9 panel, full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, and a high contrast ratio of 1000:1.

The DELV-HSW5-CC is a true “Field Monitor” in every regard! Its portable compact design, rugged metal housing and sunshade and super high 1000:1 contrast ratio make it outdoor ready for field and ENG production.
