Under the agreement, SDL will resell North Plains’ technology with its leading Web Content Management (WCM) platform, SDL Tridion. The companies will also work together to develop joint sales and marketing initiatives that help companies acquire, retain and convert customers into satisfied, loyal brand advocates.
Companies today need to leverage the strength of digital asset management solutions for managing rich media, but they also require the rich user experience of a WCM solution. With this agreement, SDL will be able to leverage North Plains solutions to address digital media assets from creative lifecycle to ongoing management. Both organizations also remain committed to providing marketing teams access to all the tools they require to seamlessly produce, manage and leverage assets, which results in richer customer experience regardless of channel, language or device.
