The recently introduced ZEISS Aatma, Panoptes 65, and Horizon Anamorphic lenses, along with Nano Primes, will be showcased at the film festival in Poland, in November.
ZEISS will participate in the 2026 ToruńCAMERIMAGE Film Festival Marketplace, offering “Lens Experience” small-group guided sessions, and presenting the “Anamorphics. Reimagined.” seminar. During the event visitors can explore the range of ZEISS lenses, give feedback, and discuss their applications with the dedicated ZEISS team.
The seminar “Anamorphics. Reimagined” takes place on November 10, 2:00-3:30 p.m. at CKK Jordanki. This informative event will explore the vision behind the ZEISS Horizon Anamorphic, the production challenges it addresses, and the creative possibilities of its Interchangeable Look Sets. It will also examine how Horizon’s integrated electronics and streamlined workflows can combine to create a new era of production efficiency for anamorphic image creation.
The “Lens Experience” event takes place November 9-13 at Hotel Polonia. There visitors can enjoy guided practical lens character sessions with the new lens families: Aatma, Panoptes 65, and Horizon Anamorphic. Through a carefully considered sequence of shooting environments and lighting situations, participants can compare each lens’ optical characteristics. Different sets, lighting conditions, backgrounds, and practical light sources will reveal how each family handles bokeh, flare, contrast, highlights, and more. It is a first-hand view of how changes in focal length, aperture, and camera position affect the image.
The exclusive Experience is limited to 10 participants per session, 2 sessions a day, so interested parties are encouraged to register early through the official Camerimage Reservation system https://camerimage.pl/en/entry-cards/reservations.
The ZEISS team looks forward to returning to ToruńCAMERIMAGE. Benjamin Hagen, Head of Marketing Cinema Lenses, says, “It’s more than presenting our lens technologies; it is simply one of the best places in the world to reconnect with long-standing friends and partners, and meet new members of the cinematography community to exchange ideas and share a passion for cinematography and visual storytelling.”
