On this week’s MacBreak Studio
This week on MacBreak Studio, Steve Martin from Ripple Training shows us some options for how to export any frame of video in Final Cut Pro X as a still image. The key is to add a new destination type which is called “Save Current Frame.” By creating a new destination, you can choose the file type, and even create bundles in order to export multiple types of still frames in one step – for example, a .jpg for the web or a .psd for editing in Photoshop. The new destination (and any bundles you create) is added to the Share menu so that it's always just a click away on the toolbar.
For more information on destinations and bundles, you should check out this December 2012 episode of MacBreak Studio here.
