Felicia has edited series such as “You”, “The Flash”, “The Red Line” and “Hawaii Five-0.” She was also an assistant editor on “Rizzoli & Isles”, ”Smallville” & “Sleepy Hollow.” As a black female union editor, Felicia has faced numerous challenges throughout her career and in this episode she talks with Steve about the under representation of black voices in the editorial department and in Hollywood in general.
