Expanding its collection of visual effects tools for the post-production and broadcast community, Pixel Film Studios introduces a new plugin to their family of products: Perfect Harmony.
“Perfect Harmony comes with 20 completely customizable layouts, 2 lower thirds, 4 transitions and many more tools allowing FCPX editors to create professional looking video in a matter of minutes,” said Christina Austin – CEO of Pixel Film Studios.
Perfect Harmony contains a beautifully designed 3D environment for placing in personal media. Twenty pre-made layouts are included so that users can add their media to a project within seconds. Pre-made scenes include shots that pan and dolly with one to six drop zones for adding media in FCPX.
If users want to create their own layouts they can do that easily using the controls in the Inspector window. Drop zones can be turned off by scaling down the Size all the way and the width and length of drop zones can be edited as well. Place drop zones anywhere in Z space and adjust the depth of field focus offset to change the focus plane.
Users also get two lower thirds and a title opener. Title presets are self-animating and can be edited using controls in the Inspector window. The title opener includes a background that can be customized by changing the color, opacity and blurring the footage underneath the title.
Perfect Harmony contains 4 minimally designed transitions including wipes and scrolling transitions. Subtly maneuver from one scene to the next using these transitions. Change the line color and line width of wipe transitions and use the checkboxes to flip them vertically or horizontally. Perfect Harmony is a Final Cut Pro X exclusive.
