Beauty Box, Flicker Free, Samurai Sharpen and LightWrap Fantastic are now available in Japanese, and the new releases set to debut at Inter BEE 2025, Japan’s premier broadcast and video technology tradeshow, which opens today. Digital Anarchy will be exhibiting at Interbee with Flashback Japan in booth# 4609. Attendees will be able to see the localized plugins in action and learn how Digital Anarchy’s tools bring advanced, production-proven capabilities—such as AI-powered skin retouching, automated flicker removal, precision sharpening, and high-quality compositing—directly to Japanese-language environments.
Due to the number of customers in Japan and requests for localization, Digital Anarchy decided to translate its plugins, which can now be can be purchased via the company’s Japanese distributor Flashbackj.com.
“We’ve always had a strong presence in Japan and wanted to make it easier for customers there.” said Jim Tierney, CEO of Digital Anarchy. “So, we’re excited to work with our partner, Flashback Japan, to offer native Japanese versions of our tools so editors and artists can work more efficiently and creatively in their own language.”
The plugins will recognize that the user’s OS is Japanese and automatically display the same language. This makes installation a simple process. The user just needs to download the plugin from DigitalAnarchy.com or Flashback.co.jp and run the installer. It’ll then show up in the video editing application in Japanese or English depending on the OS language.
This marks the first time Digital Anarchy’s entire suite has been available in Japanese, offering editors, colorists, and VFX artists in Japan a more accessible and streamlined workflow across popular platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Resolve, and Avid.
