Shuttle Computer Group, Inc. and Matrox Graphics Inc., today announced two powerful turnkey video wall solutions that combine Matrox’s powerful C-Series multi-display graphics cards with Shuttle’s compact and expandable cube PCs.

Available in two configurations designed to drive four- or six-displays or projectors, the bundle features Shuttle’s XPC Cube Computers (either the SH81R4 or SH97R6) and the new Matrox C420 quad-output or the Matrox C680 six-output PCI Express graphics cards—engineered for stability, reliability and advanced multi-display capabilities. These new bundles provide crisp, detailed control room displays as well as brilliant digital signage and video wall applications. They will be shown for the first time at InfoComm, in Orlando, June 13-19, 2015.

“Matrox is very well known for its very high quality products,” said Marty Lash, director of sales and marketing, Shuttle Computer Group. “The new relationship solidifies Shuttle’s leadership while letting each manufacturer offer high-performance solutions.” Shuttle Computer Group, Inc. is one of the world’s foremost designers of small form computers.

The Shuttle XPC computers have an eye-catching, compact aluminum chassis with Intel H81 or H97 Chipset and the latest generation of Intel Core processor support. They provide maximum power and performance for a multitude of applications.

Both Matrox cards feature 2GB of on-board memory and secure mini DisplayPort connectivity. Matrox C680 supports up to six 4K/UHD displays. Matrox C420 is the fastest quad card with passive cooling for increased reliability and silent operation. The cards come bundled with Matrox PowerDesk for Windows desktop management software. Matrox Graphics Inc. is a leading manufacturer of specialized graphics solutions.

The Matrox C680 is a single-slot, PCIe x16 graphics card that drives up to six displays or projectors at resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 per output. The versatile, six-monitor video card can power the latest Ultra HD/4K panels as well as enable 12-monitor configurations when combined with a second Matrox C680 board. The board-to-board framelock feature ensures synchronization of all displays to reduce tearing on digital signage and video walls. With its high reliability, outstanding performance, and advanced multi-monitor capabilities, Matrox C680 delivers the best display density for demanding commercial and critical applications including enterprise, industrial, pro A/V, digital signage, security, control rooms and more.

“Shuttle’s expertise in providing turnkey digital signage and video wall systems, combined with the versatile Matrox C-Series multi-display graphics cards, gives customers the perfect solution for a variety of venues,” said Caroline Injoyan, business development manager, Matrox Graphics Inc. “Digital menu boards and point-of-sale advertising for use in restaurants, retail and banking, plus public information displays for use in transportation are just a few of the many applications for these new systems.”

These new products, the SH81-MATROX4 (4-screen) and SH97-MATROX6 (6-screen), will be shipping in mid-June, available through authorized dealers. Follow the link for more information and specifications on the Shuttle/Matrox bundle.
