This past November, PVC writers David Torno, Terrence Curren, Adam Wilt, Art Adams,Kendal Miller, and Chris Meyer (from left to right) assembled at the Createasphere Entertainment Technology Expo in Burbank to discuss what developments had affected their work in 2011 and what they were preparing for in 2012. What broke out was not only a debate about technology and trends, but also how these interact with art, commerce, and client demands. This is a discussion any sole operator, studio, or client looking to hire video and film services would benefit from watching to properly calibrate their expectations, and streamline their workflow on future productions.

Createasphere – a global community builder for the entertainment technology industry – unfolded its flagship Entertainment Technology Expo on November 2 and 3 at the Burbank Marriott, with two full days of exhibition, seminars, education, and networking. The robust program offerings included a number of not-to-be missed events and opportunities to gain insight into the latest developments happening at the intersection of creativity and technology.

The next Entertainment Technology Expo will be on March 1st 2012 at LA Center Studios in Los Angeles, California. It is the top gathering of entertainment & media professionals, technical innovators, and content experts on the West Coast. Preview future technology and network with the leaders of production and post production at this industry summit. For more information, visit www.createasphere/ete
