The TransVergence Summit was the debut of L.A.'s very first 24-hour, multiplatform transmedia competition. Produced in association with Storycode, the Story Hackathon is a real-time, 24-hour competition during which five teams of four partners worked to develop a cohesive narrative across multiple platforms.
I talked with Mike Knowlton, who produced the Hackathon for Createasphere, at the conclusion of the first day to see how things were going with the teams and with the Hackathon.
On day 2, after the presentations were made and the votes were cast, I talked with the winners of the competition to find out more about their project and about their experience.
