PANGBOURNE, England – April 12, 2011 – Softel announced today that its Swift™ TX captioning and subtitling transmission software has been qualified by Harris® to provide closed caption and subtitle processing with its Selenio™ media convergence platform and NetVX™ video networking systems for digital media broadcasters and operators.
