One way of getting staff to buy-in to the whole process of implementing more efficient workflow using a DAM system is by including them right at the outset. Enlist a small team made up of representatives of the various departments within your organization and have them reach an agreement on the right steps to take. No one likes to be forced to work “your way”. Make them feel like it’s their ideas that get implemented. In short – include them.
