Have you ever been working on a gig that seemed good when you signed on but right before or during it turned into a nightmare? Sadly we have all been there and they are never fun to deal with in real time. I like to learn from any of my experiences and walking you through what I have learned it is my hope that you can find ways to better deal with these situations in one of your gigs from hell.
