What to Do When Gigs Go Wrong

February 26 @ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST

Have you ever been working on a gig that seemed good when you signed on but right before or during it turned into a nightmare?   Sadly we have all been there and they are never fun to deal with in real time.  I like to learn from any of my experiences and walking you through what I have learned it is my hope that you can find ways to better deal with these situations in one of your gigs from hell.

In this webinar Barry will walk you through how to handle the following situations and maximize the learning potential from these bad experiences. That way the next time you are on one of these jobs they may not be as bad in real time.

  • – The client staffs with non-qualified or not enough people
    – Information about the gig changes last minute
    – Mutiny on the crew
    – Long hours
    – Fight to get paid
